You’ll have a dedicated 60-minute session each week, delivered online or in person in Glasgow or Edinburgh.

We work directly on what’s affecting your performance (e.g., overthinking, pressure etc), so you leave each session with clarity and a clear next step.

You’ll have someone who listens carefully, challenges your thinking when needed, and helps you see what you might be missing, so you can move forward with more confidence and direction.

That means refining how you structure your day, improving how you focus, and simplifying how you make decisions — with practical fallback strategies for when things don’t go to plan, so you can stay consistent even under pressure.

Habit & behaviour tracking

Progress comes from awareness and follow-through.

You’ll have simple ways to track what matters, combined with clear weekly priorities and accountability, so you don’t just know what to do, you actually do it.

Ongoing support

You’ll also have support between sessions via WhatsApp or email.

This means you can ask questions, get feedback, and adjust quickly as things come up,  keeping momentum without having to wait for the next session.
