Transformational coaching isn’t about optimising your calendar or endlessly analysing what’s wrong.
The real goal is to identify the internal rules you’ve been living by (the ones shaping your choices) and change them at the root.
Things like: Overthinking. People-pleasing. Tying your worth to productivity. Hesitating when you already know better. Or starting strong but not following through.
Transformational coaching changes the operating system underneath these behaviours. And once that shifts, everything built on top of it improves.

Who this is for

My approach to transformational life coaching
I am a qualified Transformative Coach trained with Animas Centre for Coaching, which is one of the leading coaching institutions in the UK.
My work combines behavioural psychology, identity-based change and practical implementation.
Our work moves through three clear stages:

How we work together
Transformational life coaching is delivered 1:1. We can either work online (from anywhere), or in-person in Glasgow city centre. Most clients work with me over 3–6 months for deeper transformation.
Every coaching partnership includes:
