Terms & Conditions
The 90-day burnout recovery coaching programme.
By enrolling in The 90-Day Burnout Recovery Coaching Programme (“the Programme”), you (“the Client”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and a high-quality coaching experience for all parties.
1. Nature of the programme
The Programme is a coaching service, not therapy, counselling, medical treatment, or mental health care.
Coaching is a collaborative, goal-oriented process focused on behaviour change, decision-making, and performance. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological condition.
If you are experiencing severe mental health challenges, you are encouraged to seek support from a qualified medical or mental health professional.
2. Programme structure
The Programme includes:
- A 90-day coaching engagement
- One 60-minute 1:1 coaching session per week (12 total)
- Access to the Burnout Clarity Compass assessment
- Personalised coaching tools, exercises, and action plans
- Unlimited progress check-ins via WhatsApp (within reasonable boundaries)
- Midpoint and final reassessments
Programme start dates are fixed per intake. Missed sessions are not guaranteed to be rescheduled unless otherwise agreed.
3. Client responsibility
Results depend on the Client’s participation and commitment. By enrolling, you agree to:
- Attend sessions on time
- Engage honestly in the coaching process
- Complete agreed-upon actions to the best of your ability
- Communicate openly if challenges arise
Coaching outcomes cannot be guaranteed without active participation.
4. Payment & fees
Programme fees are outlined on the sales page at the time of purchase.
Accepted payment options may include:
- Pay in full
- Monthly or extended instalment plans
All prices are listed in GBP unless otherwise stated.
Failure to complete instalment payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
5. 14-day risk-free trial & refund policy
Clients may cancel within 14 days of programme start and receive a full refund, no questions asked.
To request a refund:
- The request must be made in writing via email to hello@kristinkudeva.com
- Refund requests after the 14-day period will not be honoured, except where required by law
Refunds are processed within a reasonable timeframe.
6. Guarantees & adjustments
The Programme includes:
- Weekly Progress Assurance
- 45-Day Breakthrough Guarantee (as described on the sales page)
These guarantees are contingent on:
- Attendance at scheduled sessions
- Completion of agreed weekly actions
- Honest engagement in the coaching process
Guarantees do not apply if the Client disengages or repeatedly fails to participate.
7. Right to terminate services
The Coach reserves the right to terminate or pause services at any time if:
- The Client behaves abusively, disrespectfully, or inappropriately
- The Client repeatedly fails to engage in the programme
- Continued coaching is deemed ineffective or unsafe
In such cases, any refund is at the Coach’s discretion.
8. Communication & availability
WhatsApp support is provided to offer guidance between sessions. This is not an emergency service.
Responses are typically provided within a reasonable timeframe during business hours. Immediate responses are not guaranteed.
9. Confidentiality
All coaching conversations are treated as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law (e.g. risk of harm to yourself or others).
Please note: WhatsApp and email are not fully encrypted healthcare systems. While reasonable care is taken, no digital communication is 100% secure.
